The atenolol?
Too bad we cannot "share" symptoms then we would have medium blood pressure between us, and be able to bac up.
I note along with you and Nev that it DOES take alot of work and dedication; thankfully the forum and the supplements and the meds (even at low dose) help.
Thanks for the support. :thanks: :l* * *

Could you ask them why they have stopped responding to myself and Murph. Be warned though - this will identify you as one of "us!"

That's my plan for the near future. I should get the L-glut powder and the green powder today. Hopefully the All One will be here tomorrow, so I can make very healthy, nasty-tasting drinks.
I discovered the WORST POSSIBLE nasty drink this past week. Powdered MSM + Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in a shot glass. OMG WTF, could not do that again. Some people can, and I thought I was the queen of foul concoctions....

TracyA;1085922 wrote: If you are saying that the SE's are exaggerated in my case because of conditions that already existed or inherent physical weaknesses, I agree. When I read about people who vomit continuously, etc., I suspect the vulnerability for that SE is due to a particular physical make-up or condition that makes the SE more pronounced in that person.
No weakness, mind you. Not necessarily even a pre-existing condition. But certainly looking to conditions or reasons outside of bac, in order to manage bac over the long term is a wise decision. Again, I reiterate, no weakness or lack of commitment implied. I've experienced things on bac that are simply unexplainable. Until I read the threads! And even the research on the low doses shows these things (respiratory suppression at LOW doses, for instance.) I think I mentioned elsewhere that insomnia wasn't among them. :H
TracyA;1085922 wrote: Both respiratory depression and vomiting are symptoms of bac OD. I assume that part of the RDA maximum dosage has to do with the point at which negative side effects surpass intended benefits. Naturally, we see a great deal more SE's since OD'ing (by RDA standards) on the bac is the protocol.
Not going to quote the rest, though everything you wrote is quote and thought-worthy.
Chantix has a much increased risk of increasing suicidal tendencies. But whatevah. The cocktails we mix around here might drop a rat.
I have started taking L-glut and All-One. Not kidding when I tell you I keep thinking it makes me feel wonky. Again, whatevah. I gotta figure that's just silly and will keep trying it. Maybe. and
ONWARD!

I've gotta tell you Tracy, I am kind of disappointed that you will know longer be able to search for indifferance with us. I do know that you have to make your health and safety first priority.
It's got to be hella scary to not feel like you can breathe. I haven't had this one. I am lucky that I haven't had the SE of vomiting, either. That is the worst feeling in the world. I have mild nausea at times, usually fixed by a snack, but nothing more severe. I don't know if I could do it.
Are you able to communicate with the French forum? Was Florie outed for talking to us? I'm just wondering what happened there. It is unfortunate, they were a wealth of information.
I think it's fantastic you are getting the supps. I'm curious to see how the L glut powder works for you. I have been thinking of the powder because I don't tolerate the pills too well. Can I ask, where you ordered from?
Okay, as you people say-ONWARD.

I'm not giving up, Red. I'm slowing down until I can get a grip on this part of it. That's all. Florie is going to ask their GP's if there is a way to counteract the LBP/breathing. Working out really will help in my case, so that's a good thing! I'll ask Dr. L too next time I talk to him.
Yes, we can ask questions again on the French forum. Florie is back and still on bac, so she got past her SE's somehow. I wish she would post here and update us!
I order from Amazon. There's lots of choices, powdered and pills, and the prices are a lot better than what I would have but paid at out local health food store (but I don't pay shipping, so that may make a difference).* * *

Hrumph. All these people ordering off Amazon willy-nilly. I thought Amazon was the best thing ever, had buckets of orders lined up, there would have been a continuous line of trucks from Amazon to my front door and then...
...they don't deliver to Zimbabwe.
I see Florie is back around. Great news. And that you are posting there. You obviously found a browser with a translate feature?

Bleep, sorry they don't deliver to Zim. Bummer.
I took your advice and am using Google Chrome, but I'm only using it there. Still like Firefox overall.
Don't know where the avatar came from. I found it stored on the 'puter and liked it.
Tedious day. I need some miracle tip for cleaning white grout. Almost asphyxiated myself using straight bleach. It brought up a raging resentment against the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. They sent in complete boobs to do the work, who failed to use Wonderboard on the floor per the contract. One guy cursed and yelled with such ferocity that my neighbor called the cops and my dog peed himself. Then they left a gigantic whole in a bedroom closet that they made while trying to do the plumbing in the bathroom, and then they soaked the unsealed, newly tiled floor down (knowing full well that it hadn't been sealed) while mopping their way out. On top of all that, they somehow left the valve from the old toilet inside the new toilet - jammed down the throat of the toilet.
Just goes to show, if you want a job done right (or even without collateral damage) . . . I'm rambling. Sorry.* * *

Tracy: International Stone Polish Tile and Countertop Cleanser or Tile and Grout Cleanser. I forget which one I had - I kept diluting it into a spray bottle and threw the last original bottle out. No idea where you can get it, I get mine from a family owned vacuum cleaner, cleaning products place. But it's 'da bomb when it comes to mildewed, funky, grout. Slightly harsh on the lungs, but just dilute it into a spray bottle with water, spray it wherever you want cleaned, come back later with a stiff-bristled brush of some kind and voila.
I try to use environmentally friendly products as much as possible. I'm pretty sure this is not that, but it works."Wherever you are is the entry point." --Kabir
