Gearhead - Tell your very nosy pharmacy that you and your doc planned on you titrating up, and you are not doing anything you are not supposed to be doing, and if they have any doubts about that to call your doctor - the guy with the medical degree who prescribed the medication with 90 refills. And be sure to look them right in the eye and be wearing a mean, scowling face that reflects indignation at their ignorance.
