    The Wisdom and Bleep and LCM

    I am on my second day at 270. I have been sticking pretty close to Dr. A?s original titration schedule. The side effects started to become noticeably unpleasant around 180-200.

    I was taking my bac in four doses, every 4 hours, beginning at 7 a.m. I had planned to break down the 270 in a 60-70-70-70 dose schedule. I then started talking to bleep about taking smaller doses, more frequently. Yesterday I broke down in eight smaller doses: 30-30-30-30-30-40-40-40.

    I also noticed where lowcoutryman mentioned the importance of eating right. This really rang true for me. Because of my SE?s, I had gotten very sloppy in my eating habits. I was starting to eat like some white trash trailer dwelling redneck who wears one of those ?wife-beater? shirts. For example, the other day I ate a box of Lucy Charms, a dozen Krispy Kremes, and a pack of hot dogs.

    Yesterday I ate vegetables, lean meat and whole grain breads. I also drank a lot of purified water.

    The results were tangible. I still had some SE?s but they were greatly reduced. And although, I can?t prove it, I believe that was due to a combination of both pieces of advice. So a special shout out to both the bleepster and LCM.

    omg. that's disgusting. Your body wasn't having SEs from the bac! It was the food!

    However, I have rekindled my love of refined sugar and all things white-food that that I gave up eons ago--bread, pasta, high fructose corn syrup, etc...

    And I think Low (lcm) might be right on this, too.
    I KNOW that bleep (and others--otter) are right about taking the bac more frequently and in smaller doses.

      I hear you, Neva. My body does remarkedly good when I follow something like The Abs Diet, which was formulated by the editor of Men's Health magazine. That is what I am going to stick with from now on.

        Yeah, what the hell is that all about? I've had an overwhelming desire for thick custard for days and finally gave in this morning....for breakfast!!!!

            I'm gonna add my caution to the whole eating right thing. Due to a number of (inadequate) reasons, I've been forgetting to eat lately, and eating very little when I do. My dose is quite low (dropped to 60 from 65) and I really had very few side effects prior to all this. I'd say eating properly is very important to minimizing SEs.

              Brrr, in my memory the 270 really really sucked. Not sure if the healthiest food would have helped me there. But indeed, getting sloppy with the food, will not make you feel better. Hang in there PbarE! Lot's of water oh, and by that dosage I also took vitamine B and L-Glutamine (powder). It took me nights and nights to find out why that L-thing was good for me. But I honestly have forgotten everything I learned about this powder. But it IS good for you, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it. And body-builders use it also a lot, so you'll look good when you're back in the saddle again!!

                  I thought he was just filling us in on the benefits of Fish Oil and its by-products. But then I noticed the sneaky devil had posted on more than one thread, and I was convinced. You're right - it's definitely spam.
