I have been in touch with some of my friends in Japan via email.
I hear the personal fear. They tell me stories that I don't see or hear (or feel) when I watch and read the news practically 24/7.
And I think they are going to need a lot more than a minute's silence.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
