The point about Baclofen was "gleaned" from the Forbes article which details the research into Arbaclofen. It says that Arbaclofen is 10 times more powerful than Baclofen. My comment on that is my view of the way forward. Presumably if you can get a pill which is 10 times as powerful as Baclofen then you will need to take only one pill instead of ten. That is not a dosing regime, just an observation about a treatment which does not yet exist.

Otter, where did you come up with a dosing regimen for Arbaclofen? It seems to me that you state as fact on this forum an awful lot of unsubstantiated gleanings from *your* understanding of medicine and science. 1+1=2 but A+B doesn't always equal C.
