Hi, 60mg sounds very high for a second day, correct me if I'm wrong. I start on 15mg per day in 3 doses of 5 for 3 days & increased 5mg every 3 days. SE's were pretty nasty, spaced out, brain fog, funny vision, aching legs & falling a sleep without warning!! That was the worst sitting at my PC & just nodding off, only for 10 minutes mind but felt refreshed when I woke up. Thankfully I am lucky to be self employed, I have know idea how one manages in employment!! Also at the beginning I had very vived dreams at night, which I quite enjoed, sadly don't have them now :upset: I would say the se's lasted for about a week & do tend to come back for a day when I increase my dosage.. I think it is just best to persevere with it, they will pass & as I said before "prefer se's to alcohol withdrawal any day!!
