Half Life and Maximum Concentration of Baclofen
Article posted by Terry over on Consolidated thread is relevant here. Particularly interesting is Fig 1. Interestingly they suggest the long elimination, extended half life may be due to renal dysfunction whereas the previous link I posted on this thread suggests it's due to CNS depression.
