Baclofen and being fat!
I've done it for 10 years. I hate the founder, Bikram Choudrey, but the series works for me. Bikram is a rapist ( one of my teachers was a victim) and is basically a short man with a Napolian complex. I've hurt more body parts doing Ashtanga yoga.
Bikram even gives me an endorphin rush...something I thought I'd lost while titrating up on Bac.
