Before you completely say goodbye, remember the principle for the next time some shitty SE grabs you by the throat, so to speak - often the best way through baclofen SE's is just to up the dose.

Sleep Apnoea ~ HELP!
Rudy, I read your apnea thread and it sound just like me! I have had anxiety around sleep for years and have used alcohol as a sedative and also use Ambien if I don't fall asleep right away. I don't know why I fear not being able to fall asleep. Probably because I fear that I won't be able to function the next day. Sounds like your apnea resolved on it's own.

Sleep Apnoea ~ HELP!
yep, curly, it did resolve itself. thank god cause it was scary! but in like a tornado and out like a breeze it went. you'll be okay. add that fear of tired to your list of things to work on! it's obviously not helping you. (i have a very long list myself.)
how goes it with you? do you have apnea often, all night?

Sleep Apnoea ~ HELP!
murph, i can't remember if it coincided w a dose uppage, but probably, as i've upped every five days or so. and it disappeared rather quickly. after my last horrible night, i had a nap and it only happened once or twice. then, that night, i think i was scott free. have been ever since. but i've still been having wild hallucinations, which i'll defer to my personal thread, to keep my record there.
