OK, I really should have read Isolde's post more carefully. For anybody researching this topic who ends up here, do what Is says and take lecithin caps, not lecithin powder 'cos THAT SUCKS ARSE!!!!

I find even just one or two 800mg capsules with choline caps works to put me mentally in gear.
