Baclofen how to get it

Hello,

I have been reading a lot and I have looked into ordering Baclofen online. I am confused about how people are affording to take as much as 20 to 30 pills a day when the most I see you can buy is 360 tablets for about $150. This would be less than a months supply at that price. Are most people getting a prescription? And most people take it while still drinking?
