    Seeing the doc tomorrow

Shit, I just read the first page and it seems you play soccer. That's a girl's game. There is no hope for you. You are descending into the depths of gayitude and there's nothing that can be done. You are destined to swap body fluids with other men for the rest of your life.

Dear god no! If it helps, I almost got a yellow for knocking some dude down on his ass. But I think he winked at me...

Hmmmm, "almost got a yellow" is kinda like "almost didn't have gay sex".

When you saw him on the floor, was your instinct to stamp on his face, or cover it in kisses? I suspect I already know the answer.

Well, he got up quick and threw the ball at me like a girl...Which was hot...:h

BTW I'm going to buy a cig, and I haven't smoked in months. It just feels right

I smoked like a chimney on baclofen, but also found giving up was easier.

Murph, rugby sucks. No explanation needed.

Watch out for the good side of baclofen SE's too. There are lots, and some of them are amazing.

Isn't it like 2am where you are? Surely all the shops close at 5pm in Washington and everyone goes home to contemplate the utter crapness of their wet, dreary existence.

Bac messes with your brain, don't worry about the ciggie, all things can be sorted out.

Murph in summer the shops stay open until 6 pm unless it's raining, so usually they close around 3pm. I had to throw a garbage can thru a window and take that cig.

I've read about vivid dreams, and I definitely had one. When I go to sleep after drinking I never have dreams, it's always when I'm withrdrawing. Interesting. And some good news: I woke up feeling a lil shitty from the drinks, but I had energy when I woke up, which is very odd for me. So far so good after 1 day!

You could definitely say that: https://www.mywayout.org/community/f2...nds-42543.html

I'm about 10-15 lbs heavier than that today. More muscle, ~same amount of fat (depending on how much Ben & Jerrys I've consumed that given week).

                    Thanks!
I did that. It worked great for me for about 9 months. I started right after I switched. I only started splitting up doses when I finally got a high stress job and had to use it to help manage my (then unbeknownst to me) major underlying anxiety disorder

I've got a small bone to pick with that idea of yours bleep. I'm not saying you're wrong, more like...we don't know.

I'm assuming you might be referring to GHB which according to Ameisen is the neurotransmitter we're lacking, or maybe "baclofen, were it able to" like you said.

My point of contention is your brain secretes neurotransmitters and hormones in many different ways. Human growth hormone (GH) for example, is secreted in small pulse like secretions while you sleep, getting larger in quantity (I think) the deeper you sleep. Insulin, for example, is released primarily in 2 ways. One, in response to ingestion of food in general (mainly carbs) and two, there is also a sort of basal release of insulin that starts off low in the morning and rises gradually throughout the day. But that is a massive oversimplification of both.

Would it release it in small doses and at regular intervals? Whotf knows? Don't feel pressured to respond, I'm just thinking out loud.

Holy shit Lo0p! Crazy transformation! I read some of that link you posted, and you sound like me in a sense, although I'm not as hardcore. I've researched health and nutrition before, but couldn't ever stick to a plan because of alcohol. I'd love to hear your theories and schedule sometime.

I had the exact same problem. Couldn't ever stick to a plan because of alcohol, until baclofen. I think I started that transformation on like my third AF day, once I realized that alcohol wasn't stopping me anymore.

I've followed a few different plans and theories in my time. A lot of them work if you can stick to them (the kicker).

The easiest (by far) that I've ever found and that I currently use is Martin Berkhan's Leangains. It allows me to get hardcore results without living a hardcore lifestyle. I only exercise 2 - 2 1/2 hours a week and eat 3 meals a day.

Thanks Iso and nice to meet you. That's sweet you caught my avatar, I wasn't sure how many people would.

So I'm on day 2 and have consumed 20mg's total. I just went for a walk in the sun(we see it 3 times a year here, Murph), and I felt high, like I was rolling on ecstasy, only much less intense. I haven't had the uncontrollable smiling that I've read about, but man it was a great feeling. I wonder what neurotransmitters were at play to make me feel like that. I'm gonna head down to the gym later and unfreeze my membership

It's probably a combination of IF'ing (intermittent fasting, ala Martin Berkhan style dieting) and my high metabolic rate (because of my muscle mass) but I can put away pint after pint of Ben & Jerry's mixed with cookies and brownies for weeks on end and only gain a couple points of BF%. Ask Is, she's seen me firsthand behave like a human vacuum when confronted with 1/2 gallons of ice cream. I can eat one plus a whole tray of brownies in a single night. Never seems to do much damage anymore and only takes me a couple of weeks to burn off even after months of misbehaving!

I am no genetic anomaly as I used to be a fatty (25-30+% bodyfat back in '06ish).
