    The dosing recommendations are in the book. The titrating begins at 25mg the first week, up to 50 the next and so on...everyone is different so you'll find your best dosage in time.
    Sorry, I haven't used an online pharmacy, but others have. Good luck!

      I ordered from River Pharmacy. Order over $100 and the shipping is free. It arrived 8 days after I ordered it. I ordered 100 mg. pills, and they're sort of hard to cut into fourths. I started at 25mg. and haven't gone up.
