No, there is a site that does all of this. You have to register, but that's easy. Stuffed if I can remember the name though, I've been trying all evening. Ne knows it, though, and I'm sure she'll be along shortly...

What you need to bear in mind is that the contraindications are for a normal dose, not the doses we discuss here.
