You can only be referring to Phillip Thomas. It still boggles the mind that he can refer to himself as "Dr. Baclofen". It's like someone with peripheral knowledge of a certain field of medicine giving him/herself out as "Dr. Hypertension" or "Dr. Diabetes". He also has no right to use the title of Dr. - although he has a medical qualification, he has been struck off the roll in the UK after a case of malpractice against him. That decision by the GMC was again confirmed at a subsequent review of his case.

It would be best to give him, his so-called handbook and his (most-likely illegal) practice / clinic a very wide berth.

As Bleep said, you'll get much more assistance / information here on MWO. Phill's own titration on baclofen was messy (to put it mildly).
