I'm now at 190 and due for 180 tomorrow. So far the switch mentality is still present. Have to run but thanks again for the pep talk. I'M PUMPED!!

omg. That post really helped me, too, RedH. Bac to the exercise routine for me TODAY. I'm pretty sure I can't live without some extra sugar, and accept that for the moment. But my middle section is actively increasing. That I cannot live with. (Not that it wasn't a given when I was a drunk. But I stopped focusing on working out when life got busy...And it got very busy when I got sober enough to deal with it! )
I have definitely had the experience, Hopeful, (a couple of times!) of going down too far and finding the thought of a drink (just one) sounding good. And it does, and still doesn't feel like much of a threat. Just not sure where that road ends up...
