hah.. no I am not the defendant! I feel so much less anxious on 5mg... its like I'm not me -- but a better version of me. Hard to explain, but the feeling is very positive. I am very tempted to titrate up faster than recommended but I'll stay the course for now.
Oh and I just ate a microwaved corndog... it tastes like sand wrapped around a low grade mystery meat.

First off, congrats on being on the right side of a trial. Must be nice.

Dosa, stick with the schedule and enjoy the feeling.
I'm not entirely sure what corndogs actually are or what they're made of. The only time they have crossed my radar was when Michelle Backmann simulated oral sex with one:
It doesn't look terribly pleasant. And the corndog looks even worse.

Go Ron Paul!
Anyhow, I miss the feeling of the Bac. It feels completely out of my system and I wish I was taking more already because I feel so at peace when I take it. I did fine at trial... hopefully one more dickhead drug dealing / fence will be off the streets. Other than that not much to report. I am doing a NFL fantasy draft tonight and will be drunk -- hopefully I don't pick a kicker in the 3rd round.

Oh... I forgot to mention thanks for all the support. I took my second dose of medicine as prescribed which is the same amount from day 1 at 0600. I felt awesome until about 2pm when it started to wear off. It is now 1745 and I feel ok because I have some Jager! No feelings of Bac except maybe a lingering feeling of being more calm. The pacing and racing thoughts are back.
I did have a strange heat rash type redness on my right arm. I have no idea if it was because it was frickin hot in the courthouse with no AC or if it was a side effect? It went away but in case someone else has the same thing.... it happened to me!

i'm at a much higher dose, hovering around 160 - 180, and i have all kinda weird heat stuff. i wake up hot hot hot, and then, later, am freezing. probably from the sweat. never results in a rash, though, and never has. in fact, didn't have any of this at lower doses. so i'm no help here. prolly the lack of ac gave you the rash. or maybe an unclean suit, full of pesky bugs? or maybe an allergic reaction to junky food?
glad it went well in court regardless of any itches. stay the course. be patient. have faith in baclofen and in your imaginary football fun.
welcome aboard.

No I wear a uniform... anyhow, I did just fine at my football draft and plan on again winning the 1200 dollar pot (these guys are amateurs and I love them all but smoke them every year). I just wish I was titrating up faster! I'll be all good just a little tired and still drinking heavy.

When taking new meds a rash is a HUGE warning sign and can suggest a very dangerous reaction and require an urgent trip to A&E/Casualty/ER (depending on which country you're in). But yours went so no worries. I think. But then again I'm no medico so wtf do I know? Very little is the answer.

Yes... I am a bad patient. But what can you expect from a drunk? Haha... I decided to just go up a titrate 2 days early. I haven't had any real bad side effects except for a bit of nausea and, frankly, I keep having to crap all the time. I might have just ate a bad taco. You never know what Juan throws in there.
