Hello all you crazies,

I got my first warning from the moderators today about being a big meanie. It feels like the first time... it feels like the very first time! I'll just stick to my own thread and post in peoples I know from here on out. People are seriously psycho and don't tend to like it when you call them out? Heh.

EFFECTS / SIDE EFFECTS:

Anyway, I felt like shit today -- almost like I was getting a flu. Still working my way to the correct times. I want to be at 0800, 1400, 2000 but today I ended up only moving forward one hour. I dosed at 0800, 1300, and 1900 still at 20-20-20 mg. I had a few beers tonight and felt like going to bed. Its really strange because I have a whole bottle of jager in the freezer that I don't feel like chugging.

And there seem to be a lot of dorks on here! I'm in good company.

(i was corrected on the spelling by one of my students, but i'm sure i've still got it wrong. i think you do, too. but i'm not trying to be mean.) well, the reference is lost on me; i never did get into them. reggae was my genre of choice when they came out. or maybe by then i had moved on to deep house. anyway, i digress...

Even at my worst, I could have had a bottle of Jager in the freezer that I wouldn't have felt like chugging! Much less smelling. :no:

well I ended up drinking a small amount of jager, but no where near my normal amount. I had about a quarter of a 750ml bottle. I normally will drink between a half a bottle and a full bottle depending on how many beers I have.

It gets pretty sad when you can drink straight hards out of the bottle. Makes it harder to be a casual drinker when everyone has a beer and you have a cup of hard alcohol.

Tomorrow I will be going to 80 mg. 30-20-30. Dr L. advised me to always take the larger doses in the morning and evening rather than during the day. Why ask why, just follow directions. My life would probably be easier if I did that more often! Heh

Yah getting exercise is up on my list. Unfortunately, I am very lazy right now. My old job had a gym and I would workout every other day or so. Now I need to join a gym and pay all that money which I am in short supply. I hate cardio... I only lift weights and I do jiujitsu which is cardio? Haven't been doing jiujitsu in about a year because I started to reek of alcohol with all the sweating during the workouts. When I stop drinking I plan on returning to that sport as well.

There is so much I lose out on just to drink this stupid nasty drink which makes me smell like shit and forget things that I do.

Gotta get off of this shitty roller coaster. Like being stuck on It's a Small World -- hell.

Hey Dose...Everyone hates cardio...at first When you are having one of those pleasant bac days give it a try...no rush...something to plan for...turns out its better than jager...

I just got back from the gym. Lifted weights, and then did cardio, and I feel AMAZING. No rush in hitting the gym, IMO, at least not while you're titrating up. But if you're a fan of lifting weights and jujitsu, then you will most likely get a huge urge to get back into it soon.
