The experience I had with bac (it fixed whatever was broken) and the reading I've done since then has convinced me that this brain chemistry thing is a really fundamental starting point for whole-wellness. So now I pop the occasional pill! This is a complete turnaround from a woman who was reluctant to take anything but benadryl and ibuprofen prior to (and during) bac! Really. I didn't take aspirin when I was titrating up. Now I have a drawer full of supps and meds that I use as tools--occasionally and with an eye toward not depending on anything at all, ever. I even consider the multivitamin a bit of a copout. (But really, how much seaweed can a girl eat?

anyway! So glad you're doing well, B, and that things are resolving themselves...(itself?)

(My husband has been at 140mg for a while, and his drinking--or rather his enjoyment of drinking--has picked up. He went back up to 160mg and may go up more if he still thinks of getting drunk as fun. It's anathema to me, just as it is for you. ugh. I'm so glad I don't ever have to be drunk again! Aren't you? woop!)
