Baclofen and pain meds/pain clinic

I am currently on 200 mg daily. AF for 53 days (yay!)
I suffer from chronic pain due to neuropathy and going to a pain management clinic. Does anyone have any information regarding baclofen and pain meds/pain clinics? Any information about your experience would be helpful. Thank you
