Has any one experienced that Topmax was less effective the second round than the first time on it? I was on Topamax twice. I found that after going off Topa and starting it again about 6 months later, that is did not have the same effect as the first time. Did'nt lose craving for alcohol and did not lose weigth. Just started losing hair again.
