This auto correct does a number on correct grammar and spelling. Again not hobbies of mine however~when I get it right I would like it to not auto-mistake me.

And there is no comma in the symbol section. I realize I am mentally deformed so may have looked a dozen times and missed it. In this case. I require more help from you Life. I NEED commas in my Kindling.

Re the Toyota ref. Sorry about that. Was consumed with Prius deformity which includes two primary whine makers. One is that you nor your passenger can work the gps nav if car is in motion. Second is there is no way to turn off the beeper which goes on INSIDE the car when you put the car into Reverse.

I was overwhelmed with Toyota plus Kindle designs flaws that day. And today as well except my new iphone has AnAppForThat.

why do you need comas so much, I do use them a lot but could you just leave a double space to indicate a pause.

That's damn funny. The Prius gets 45mpg or more, though so factually incorrect. Plus there's no fully loaded Prius for $14K even in 2009.

Ive gone and put my finger in too many pies on here, I joined one other thread, then started another thread and now my stuff is just all over the place. Its too diluted, I dont know where Im up to. what do I do about this, one idea I have is to copy and paste it all onto here, and then Ive got a place where I can read back, not that I do that much really but I do when I am down, I need to see what happened last time and how long it lasted for and what I was doing before and during.

What do other people think of this, but then the problem is that it will just keep on happening because I need the other threads to chat to peeps.

I have been asked about low dose bac and its soemthing I think quite a few of us on here take but it doesnt seem to get mentioned that much and even when it does we dont really talk about dosages and how we take it. I think thats maybe because for me I dont get se's and so theres not a problem I need to talk thro, but this doesnt give others any info into what Im doing.

Ok I dont know what the dose for low dose bac is! I was taking 40mg daily for a quite a while, I recently raised it to 60mg to see if it helps my back but the 40mg is for anti anxiety/craving. If I start craving or getting an anxtious I take an extra 10mg. 40mg for me I took a 10mg pill 4 times a day and take it every day. Before I did the last vodka bender I dont think I was taking it like that. So I am now in a routine, its easy to get mixed up with them, so I use a pill sorter box and make it up every week. it has 4 sections in for each day so I just put 1 bac in each section, that way I can check to see if Ive taken it or not and theres no mix ups. Now Im taking 60mg I take 2 or a morning and 2 of an evening instead of 1.

Because Im not titrating up or down its easy to get organised, taking it regularly is the key to sucess, baclofen is a medication not a suppliment and needs to be taken as this. If I forget my vitamins for a few days its no big deal, no so with any meds.

I would be interested to know what dosages other peeps take and how they take it.

I was at 260 divided up by 3x day. I am down to 230 so 80/50/80. I need to be rid of the SE's. At 260 I was ready to go to the ER again. Still bad at 230 so I will drop some more very slowly. I have the pill holder but I need to get that larger one with all the times on it. I am ok with 3x day and I measure it out for the week but it's still a huge pain. Not sure I can go to 4x day although it sounds like that works better for some people.

Maybe the se's would be better at 4x just a thought, becasue HDB is so different with the se's I cant really advise. I take mine at roughly breakfast, lunch, dinner and bed times, so I find the 4x easy. I am sure you will find what works for you tho Gringo, because your keeping in touch and therefore being accountable to yourself. I think MWO is great for journaling, I am rubbish at writing things down and cant keep a diary it only ever lasts a few days so by coming on here I can see what Im up to and look back to see what I did and what changed.

Well I am going to amazon.com and buying one of those backpack sized pill holders and will try 4x. I am just really getting sick of these SE's. They are ruining my life in ways alcohol didn't.

I take 40mg approx too, all at once after work. No SEs unless I take more. I take more when I have a panic attack/extra anxiety, just like you do.

Hope all's well. I'm going to my parent's house overnight to see them and meet up wtih my sister and her puppy. I think she is hoping my dog will go ape shit for her puppy and I'll take him home. He's a rescue and she already has 2-3 dogs (depending upon whether she's on or off with BF).
