20mg. I was taking about 13 a day plus vitamins and stuff so the backpack thing is an exaggeration but i can't believe i am taking so many pills.
I am so sick right now I probably should be locked in a padded room. Nothing is helping with the SE's. I can't go the hospital again. Just can't.

Much success to you Bebe. Hopefully the bac will arrive soon. Mine did yesterday and I started today. Slow and Steady is the way I will rock the bac..... I had no idea that the magnesium helps with the depression. BTW I hear alot of folks go to Dr. L. Sure sucks without support hey we are all here for you though.

I have a sister like that too. I don't know how many dogs she has now, but I'm sure it's over the legal limit. I have to be really firm with her that I am not adopting a dog (or a cat, she has those too).

Is there a legal limit for having dogs? Here in UK there are programes on tv about nuisanse neighbours and there is always one who has a smallholding usually a middle aged woman living alone with a whole pack of dogs or a hundred cats gone feral and living on the land with people kicking off because they shit in their flowerbeds. I could imagine that to be me in the future :H ps not me shitting in the flowerbeds but owning the animals that do it

Ok, so today Ive had enough, I cannot go to the supermarket yet again to not be able to walk enough to do a proper shop, I cannot try to stand in pain and cook a meal with just a hob and grill, I am going to have to order in from Dominoes Pizza, I hate doing this but really cant stand the alternative, (no pun intended).

Most important thing for me to do is print out the form to get a loan to buy a new cooker, this is not a good thing, not because I dont want to get a loan but because I had planned to get one to go towards having a trip to Florida next year so this cooker thing will set me back in my plans for that, but I need it so what can I do ARGG I havent told my son yet, he has saved his money for it and so far I have 13p in my savings account, what is going wrong with my life, I used to be able to make money pretty easily but now I cant. I need to think of something and soon, I just dont feel able to do anything anymore. I feel pretty crap about that.

Seems like money is hard to come by these days. I used to take my wife on nice vacations once or twice a year. Sometimes on safari. Now, nada. I don't know where it goes. I think everything just costs more.

Space, in rural settings, you can generally have as many as you want. In the city, you have to have a license for anymore than three dogs. We have a lot feral cats here. I wish people would learn to spay and neuter pets (especially cats).

Do they have those motorized wheelchair/shopping carts at your supermarket? I hope so because those are really helpful!

We've been ordering from Dominoes quite a lot over the last few months. So much that I'm really sick of it. Can't stand the alternative? I hear you on the standing.

I'm sure your son is looking forward to the trip, so that is a tough choice. You've mentioned that you have a cob and griddle. I am not familiar with the term. What is it exactly? I'm wondering if a cooker isn't what is called a range in the US (an oven with a stove on top). I know you really struggle with cooking right now because it requires you to stay on your feet the whole time. I would vote for the cooker. I think you and I (and COS) are a lot alike in that cooking is a therapeutic activity (or it would be for you if you had the right cooker). Florida will still be there in a couple years. A good oven and stove is a must have for folks like us.

I haven't made any money in a few months, and everything is so expensive. These are tough times. :l

Ginger and COS, thank you for helping me see things a bit more clearly, a cooker is something I need now, so thats what it will have to be, a cooker has an oven, grill and burner/hob on top. Do you call that a range, what we call a range is usually the bigger ones. I have seen one I like the look of in a local shop but I will look around.

I forgot about you having to have all those takeaways Ginger, I can understand you getting sick of them.

Also money, everything is so expensive now, food, electricity, gas, petrol I dont even get to think about clothing just forget that. I know its crap everyone being like this but its also reasuring that Im not the only one struggling

Oh an d dogs and cats and things, my landlord which is a housing association have a ruling of 2 dogs, or it could be 2 animals Im not sure, but I think thats just my landlord. We dont have dog licences and breeding licences are only needed if you have more than 3 breeding bitches. An old friend of mine from school who I met said her mums neighbours were complaining about her dogs, Im not surprised she had 10 dogs in a terraced house! I dont know what happened to them.

One the subject of dogs one of mine has come in limping, I have looked and she has got a small cut in between the pads on her foot, I have cleaned it for her but I dont think theres much else I can do, is there?

Cooker, stoves, ranges, they all seem to mean different things to different folks. I would kill for a gas one so when we re do our kitchen once we are done our mortgage (18 mos yay!) and I going get a gas line put it.

Just watch your dog. My dog has hurt her leg before. It happens. I don't know what size your dog is, mine's about 74 lbs and that's small for her breed but I will give her tylenol in some cheese and it really helps her out. Just a thought. Just keep an eye on it. Dogs are like kids and well me always injuring themselves but we all heal up eventually in most cases.

Thanks Space and Cos for sharing the dos information on the Bac. I'm surprised to learn that the low dose bac can have an effect on alcohol cravings and seems to not have side effects, I thought only the high dose was effective and I was always afraid of it because of the possible severe SE, and also because of the danger of the possibility of suddenly finding yourself without it and being in life-threatening withdrawal, such as from an accident or emergency illness. I might actually think about giving it a try. I've also been reading more about Nal, and it too sounds like something worth giving a try. Many people say it doesn't work for them and many others say if used consistently it does work. I'm wondering if it has SE? Space do you take Nal or have you taken it? Any thoughts on any of this anyone?

So, I increased my Topa two days ago, 25am and 25pm, I think it is beginning to have a subtle effect, so I suppose it is now time for me to start trying to show some use of a bit of willpower by making a plan, say, of having only 3 glasses of an evening for this week, and cutting down per week.
