So here's the deal. I have a 80 mg prescription from my Primary to treat anxiety. She will absolutely not go any higher, and would flip if she found out I was supplementing.

I am going to run the risk and give them her name and address anyway.

Does anyone have any experience on how diligently River follows up on these Dr contacts?

BUSTED!

Just got a call from my Drs office - fortunately from the nurse that handles scripts and not the Doc herself. They received a fax from River asking for authorization to fill the order. I was able to tip toe around it with "just a mix up on my end, no worries, just disregard, blah, blah, blah". I think all is ok - just hope the Doc doesn't call me.

So, I guess the online Pharmacies are cracking down. Anyone in the US have any recent luck with another pharmacy?

Thought I'd chime in here. I have successfully placed two orders for Nal with Goldpharma since the summer, which really surprised me since Canada has always been hit or miss with online meds delivery. I placed another order on Nov. 1, again for Nal. I had some kerfuffle with the website too, but somehow managed to place the order. My card was debited and I had confirmation of shipment. When I saw these threads about delivery issues I thought I had either squeezed in under the wire or that Nal was not being targeted. Yipee! :yougo:

I did send an inquiry email today and got a response (Sunday!). As follows:

We are sorry to learn that your order: 197514 has not yet reached you and apologise for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, current regulatory requirements applicable in Canada mean we are unable to offer a re-shipment of your consignment and we have therefore requested that your account be refunded in full in respect of this particular undelivered order. In the event of any further enquiries, please contact us at your earliest opportunity.

So it appears that Canada is a no-go zone again.

On a related note, when I went to my GP to renew my tiny (20 mg/day) script for Bac, she told me that it was being regulated like narcotics now, and asked me all kinds of questions about it and noted them in the file. This was the first time for that. I have no idea if this country's clamp down on Bac is related to anything that is happening with the US and India...?

Anyway, it looks like I'm AF indefinitely, now. I'm very thankful that the Nal worked well for me and although I didn't reach any kind of definitive "indifference" on low-dose Bac and Nal, I seem to be okay to stop without too much discomfort now. But I guess I'm *stopped* now for good. Can't go back to drinking at all. Somehow, that's not breaking my heart the way it would have at one time.

Hi,

I popped back on and noticed what has been happening, and I am also worried about future shipments of baclofen to Canada. My last order through Goldpharma was successfully placed on November 17 and I received it in 8 days. I wish I kept the shipping box/label, but the prescription is from a doctor in Spain. Now I can't confirm that is where the baclofen shipped from, but it is possible, seeing as my first shipment ordered one week before came from Germany, with the prescription from a doctor in Berlin. Maybe Germany and Spain are able to source baclofen to Canada/US? The particular one I chose was baclofen-ratiopharm if that helps. I might try placing an order soon, but first should figure out how long my 300x25mg supply will last me, as I am titrating up slowly, and after 3 weeks I am at 75mg.

Perhaps it is time to start a CANADIAN section as there are enough of us on here, and it would seem that we may or may not have different shipping AND supply options and requirements than other countries. But in the meantime, sharing our stories about what sites we were successfully able to order from is very important, and also to point out what country we are ordering from and whether or not a prescription was/is required. I personally don't know if I will be able to get a prescription locally, as my own doctor said no to baclofen, so my online orders are my only source at this time.

Note: It is worth stating that by changing my IP address to an US IP, I was able to order from Glodpharma as technically I was not accessing the site from Canada. We'll see if this still works...

I was able to order from pharm4all.com, the order was shipped a couple weeks ago, but I still haven't received it. I'll let everyone know when/if I get it. If this doesn't work I suppose I'll try virtuous labs liquid bac. Any Canadians try ordering from virtuous yet?

Goodbye Goldpharma... hello Pharm4All?

Well, despite having ordered just recently on Nov. 17, I could not access Goldpharma's product list, even with having a US IP Address. I emailed them about this and their response was:

Regrettably recent changes to regulatory requirements mean that at this present time we are only able to supply the specific medicines as listed and under the terms outlined on our website, which excludes Baclofen. We are sorry for the unavoidable disruption to our service and the situation remains under close review. We hope this information is helpful but, in the event of any further enquiries, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

I have heard that Pharm4All ships to Canada, as a MWO friend received her shipment to Calgary. Prices are about the same as Goldpharma, however they ONLY deal with Visa, which provides a few more steps to placing an order if you don't have a Visa like me.

I heard that 4rx ships to Canada, but it is almost twice the shipping ... keep as a last resort, but at this point it looks like there are only two places that ship to Canada? Anybody want to add to this very short list?
