    Baclofen Tapering Advice Needed

    Hi All,

    I have been taking 30mg of Baclofen a day (total) for roughly 3 months. Not a long time but I've heard the horror stories of withdrawal from this drug. Can anyone please advise me on a tapering schedule based on this info?

    I'm actually doing exactly what you are asking about right now. (although I started at a MUCH higher dose than you) Just drop by 5 mg and see how you feel, stay there for a few days or a week if you are in no rush and then drop by 5 more and continue like that. 30mg is not much baclofen so I don't think you have too much to worry about.

      I'm trying to live medication free with my crazy bad anxiety. This is the only remaining medication I take.

        Sure, just take it slow if you need to but really I doubt you will have much trouble.
