Regarding the issue of baclofen quality, we have to admit that it is not possible to know this for sure. The only foolproof way would be to submit it for testing at a legitimate chemical laboratory, which is obviously not an option for most people here.

My main concern is that this product may have been prepared by a person under the heavy influence of sedatives and possibly alcohol, in addition to any mental illness not related to substance use. Given that Virtuous Labs is a one-man operation, according to what has been said in this thread, there would have been nobody else present to assure quality control while this "liquid baclofen" was being made up.

It is possible to get an impure product, or even a different substance entirely, from any online supplier, but the risks with VL appear far higher due to the recent mental state of its one and only worker.

Yup. He talked about ordering 500 mg of Xanax online for $300. It's the only thing that makes sense to me to mess someone up like this for so long. And hopefully he's not mixing all 3!

I can also attest that the baclofen is good quality...But it would behoove oneself to actually pay attention to the instructions and shake the bottle

My baclofen shipped yesterday and I plan to take it. Might sound crazy with what I wrote before, but the baclofen isn't what concerns me (this would be after I wrote him an email in which I stated I was worried he would poison me, with all the stuff I wrote on here about Bill P :H). I don't believe he will. I truly think he wants to help people with what he creates, and I think it's likely a superior product. I've always wanted bac without fillers. These are the things I don't worry about. The thing that scared me was, that I shared all my personal information with a chameleon. In the internet age, all you have to do is google someone's name, and you know everything about them...including what they look like if you have FB. I don't like it (and this isn't because I'm a secret brunette). I only want to share who I am with the people I want to share it with. Period. I just hope one of his personalities isn't a rapist/murderer. I don't think so.

So, I will be taking it too, in a couple of days. I will report if something is a miss. I expect it will work out well, maybe better than before with me. I have sensitivities to many things.

I don't know if I believe he's taking tons of Xanax. He is a doctor, apparently. Maybe one from Australia, or a chemist with a doctorate, but he might be smart enough to know better.

I'd worry more about the Baclofen than him having your details.

He might not be trying to poison you. He might be trying to help people. A tired person might not be trying to have a car accident.

Curiosity has me wondering

1. Where is Bill getting enough Baclofen to create all these vials?
2. What makes everyone state it is quality Baclofen?

I am very sad that Bill has suffered some sort of mental breakdown but just as importantly, I do not wish to see any of my friends here at MWO inadvertently hurt by a concoction made by someone who has had a mental breakdown.

Bill/Bluto/Doug/coffee, my thoughts are truly with you. I hope you come out of this patch and find some healing. :l

Friends, please consider carefully before taking the liquid Baclofen made by Bill.

If someone knows a doctor, they could ask that doctor to take a sample to a laboratory to have it analyzed. I know someone who did that to see what was in e-cigarettes.

It wouldn't hurt to ask.

I care about all of you very much and absolutely do not want to see any of you hurt because of what has happened.

A simple way of testing the purity of your baclofen is to take too much. I've done this every time I've shifted to new batch, just to make sure. I know that taking x mg's of baclofen will bring on SE's, so I take that much and wait to see what happens. No surprises so far.

First though, I take too little, and make sure it's not stronger than normal.

Hi Cinders!

I've been taking it for a while now, and it's quality baclofen. Same effect as the tablets for the same dose, and much easier to take.

It's not a laboratory test, for sure, but it's enough for me.

A snippet from the last coherent email I received:

"Just logged on to say the same to you [Merry Christmas], My laboratory is a mess, Spending the day making 500vials of baclofen."

2:05 pm Christmas Day.

The rest of the email was cheery and very lucid. His lab was a mess because of all the orders he had just received and shipped out.

edit: This is in no way intended to impart any inkling of comfort to those whom this may concern. As we are well aware, sometime in the following 18-24 hours he suffered a psychotic break.
