    Dags,
Set something around when you're forced to move. For example, you have an hour for lunch, you might as well walk around the block. You might as well get up 15 minutes early to do some quick errand, or stop by somewhere after work to get some chore out of the way.

      SE,s advice

Hi Dags, I'll be honest with you, the tiredness SE took a very long time to leave me and even now, some 11 months since I switched, I still have this weird thing where I can suddenly fall asleep in the evening, without more than a few moments notice. Other than that, the SEs are all gone. However, part of the reason for that may be due to reducing, considerably, my baclofen dosage since the switch.

Do you intend staying on your switch dose or reducing? If you do titrate down you may find your SEs, particularly the lack of motivation, reduce or disappear with even only a tiny reduction in bac.

Oh btw, congrats on kicking the booze into touch. :goodjob:
