After my recent bender I realise I need to change things. I am thinking of digging out the MWO book and trying the protocol but using bac instead of topa. Would this work? Has anyone tried it? Or is this just another of those daft ideas that I have that I wish I hadnt mentioned?:H

If you mean using the hypno CD's, the supplements, etc., along with an RX (topa in the book, bac in your plan), I think its a great idea. Its always good to have a plan that's well rounded. -

Yes Bruun thats what I mean, I want to see can I have a plan that consists of more than just I will take AB for 3 months and not drink which is what I did last time. A big problem I have I think with just doing abstinence is it feels kind of like the AA thing I tried to do for years and all the bad stuff in my head which is tied up in that. So I need to know what Im doing and why Im doing it, thats why I want to use a bookComment
