I have just completely a Dr.-supervised hope detox - it's Day 10 and I'm feeling good but also have a decades-long history of depression/anxiety. Was on Wellbutrin but that didn't work so well with 2 bottles of wine a day 
I have read pros and cons on EFF but would love to hear about others experience esp. dealing with alcoholism. I also have a Rx for Naltrexone but am not experiencing cravings at this time so want to give the Eff a chance to kick in and then evaluate. I want to stay on as few meds as possible. Thanks!
