Hello, I'm new!
This is so disappointing. While there are plenty of good reasons for me to stop drinking two bottles of wine a night, one of my big motivations was losing weight. Since making a spectacle of myself at a party last week I have had nothing but two beers since Monday (it's Friday) and I'm up about 7 pounds!!! I'm probably eating more (although I ate plenty when I was drunk) but not enough to make up for the alcohol calories.
What are other people's experiences about how long it took for their bodies to right themselves!
