Hi Autumn, it means The Sinclair Method, its a way of taking Naltrexone before you drink so that you go off drinking over time. The are threads on it on here if you look around, sorry Im not sure how to do links. -

The forum linked to above has much more information about the method. Users here that have had positive success are KatieSmiles and UKBlonde. I regained control via TSM, too.
It's conceptually simple, easy to follow, but takes a while for results. It took me 10 months to control, 13 months to near abstinence. The advantage is I don't take naltrexone unless I drink. And I don't think about alcohol, nor am I medicated.
