I'm new and I can't find Dr' L's Titration. Can someone tell me exactly how to find it here? Or am I in the wrong place. I've read OA's book. I have ordered Baclofen and it's on its way. New to blogs and forums and I'm struggling to find info.

Basically it's 5mg/day for the first 3 days.
10mg/day for the next 3 days.
Then go up 10mg every 4 days or so.
And it's often easier to search the MWO forum with Google than to use the forum's own search feature. Just sayin'. -
Can't find Dr L.'s Titration
Here is the schedule Dr L gave me a few weeks ago:
For 4 days: 5 mgs each am
For 3 days: 5 mgs am, 5 mgs pm
Each week add 20 mgs--take when wake, at 1 and 3 hrs before bed
So after above take:
10, 10, 10
20, 10, 20
25, 20, 25
30, 30, 30
40, 30, 40
50, 30, 50
60, 30, 60
70, 30, 70
80, 30, 80
90, 30, 90
90, 50, 90
If that doesn't make sense let me know.
