Today marks 10 days -booze free. I remain grateful.
I truly believe the bacfolen is responsible for these ten crave-free days. Very little anxiety.
Tomorrow, I will start taking 90 mg per day. This experience is quite unlike my other attempts at sobriety. I am sleeping 7 straight hours, minimal anxiety, and no mental/physical cravings for alcohol. (Still thoughts of al -as expected, but no desire to act upon thoughts). The main drawback right now is the extreme sleepiness that I am experiencing. I thank any of you for advice/encouragement.
