As I read through the thread, I wanted to chime and say relax, let this happen, and then I got to your post about the peace, and saw that it had happened. That's great to hear.

I would add that over thinking the situation is seldom helpful. It might go easier if you just let it happen and see where you end up. Best of luck.

Oh by the way lea you are doing great ..it's not delusional thinking you are experiencing ..it real...Baclofen works on stopping that hunger or craving .....just start to think about why you chose alcohol to deal with your unique psychology . There is always a answer lurking beneath the surface. Anyway you are making great progress .We are all wishing you success ..stick with it

To have found such peace, even it will be temporary is amazing and your right. Don't get too excited. Just go with the flow. and keep taking the tablets and enjoy it.

Believe it or not I held off taking my Bac this am. I wanted to see if the feeling went away. Silly cow ! What am doing ? I've just taken my am dose now. Do I play games with myself or what ?
