    Try and force the 'click'.

Just for tomorrow and the next day, or whatever days you choose, just don't drink for a couple of days.

    You may be very surprised.

I've been on 87.5/87.5/87.5 for the last few days. (I'm using 25mg pills in case your wondering about the strange totals) I think jumped to 300 to quick I do think the 3 dose plan is the way ahead from here on though. Liquid might be the plan also as the amount of tablets from here on I think is contributing to nausea.

Nodding off has bit back of late Its bit back HARD. I'll be reading and the next thing I know the book (or kindle) has hit the floor. I'm walking around like I'm stoned out. I'm so glad I've had years of practise of these kind of feelings. If I seen someone nodding off like this I'd hazard a guess that they were using opiates.

The main thing is that I'm not drinking. Well a beer here and there and a low alcohol one at that. Getting drunk hasn't entered my mind. I haven't been drunk since the day after starting nearly 1 month ago

I was hoping this wouldn't happen but I've felt the beginning unset of restless legs syndrome kicking in the last couple of nights. Its the most awful feeling imaginable. Its not as bad as its been in the past.. just really in my left leg. I've had it so bad before that's its been running all through my body. You feel like your going to go insane.

I still have nausea so I need something to function.

I can commiserate with the restless leg thing. I get it from time to time, as do other members of my family. It SUCKS. Have you already tried the OTC things you can get for it, such as this? (this one usually works for me, at least enough that I can get back to sleep).

I understand that there's also prescribed medication options for RLS. Good luck, I know how crappy it feels and how annoying it is.

SE's aside, it really sounds like you've responded to bac quite quickly. Your disinterest in drinking seems very remarkable... that's fantastic!!

Thanks sbl.. the last couple of nights have been pretty brutal. I haven't slept a wink. I should have learnt my lesson with antihistamines/antiemetics from my last outing with Promethazine. (that was very bad)

I should have just rode the nausea out. From previous experience it usually take 2-3 days fro the RLS to get better once I've stopped the meds.

I don't have RLS thankfully all the time. I couldn't imagine it. It would drive me up the wall. I don't know how people deal with it. A handful of days/nights with it and I'm going insane. I went for a walk yesterday and I felt like my leg was about to give way with this mad buzzing effect running through me. My whole leg just became dead.

Thankfully I know the cause. You live and learn I suppose.

              Hi JD

I've suffered from RLS too. So has hubby. It's a pain in the butt! It's worse as you get older. I think we're much older than you? Anyway keep posting and take care of yourself.

              Cheers

Ironically, you can get baclofen prescribed as a treatment for RLS.

From my RLS troubles and my messing up with bac supply I'm surprised than my drinking has not peaked in anyway. I'm now down from touching 300 to 200 after under 4 days. I actually couldn't finish 1 beer yesterday I was so so tired. I heard of people shooting up there booze after missing a 4 hour dose. I've never experienced this from the off. I say it would take me 2-3 days at least to get back to anywhere near where I was pre-bac. I clasped onto my bed at 8pm and was out cold till 7 the next morning. I didn't open my eyes once Best sleep I've had in years.

RLS is sent from the anti-Christ himself. Anyway one had it is a better man than me.

You will probably find that it takes about 4 days for this decrease to filter its way through your brain, in terms of drinking. The same will apply when you go back up.
