I start off with 250mg for a couple of days, then drop off to 125, every day first thing in the morning. I think AB is a great anxiety drug although it has no medical effect on it. You just know you cant drink, I know I've drank on it, and I won't do that again...good luck and congrats on your effort to get sober.
