    Calling all Baclofen Noobs on the weekend!

    Hey guys and gals!

    This place is like a ghost town on the weekend. I remember when I was starting out on my bac-trail, I hated this forum on the weekends because it was absolutely deserted. I would post a message and wait...and wait...and wait... and no bugger would reply until Monday. "WTF do all these people do over the weekend that stops them replying to my oh so interesting and hilarious posts?" I would wonder. Well, it turns out once you go through the course, titrate up on bac and reach indifference, you no longer feel the need to reach out to MWO for support.

    Kerrrrrazy, I know!

    Anyhoo, if any noobs, or not so completely noob, baclofen types want to drop by, I am likely to be around most of the weekend, available to talk bollocks, chew the cud, shoot the shit etc etc... just so long as I'm not super-involved in the TV show I just discovered: The Unit. However, so far, judging by the first 4 episodes, I'm fairly certain I can be enticed away fairly easily.

      OK, first off Bleepster, are we talking bac-related or just in general?

      BTW I'm not sure whether to include being caught inflagrante delicto on public transportation as a worst or best thing.

        Ooooo I'll go. I went to a friends apartment. I didn't remember which unit. That is where my memory ends. The next morning I am woken up in the lawn of the apartments by police and firemen. There are like 30 people standing around. Apparently I passed out and some people tried to wake me up. So they reported a dead guy in the apartments. One of the cops asked if anyone knew me. My friend happened to come out and be one of the people watching. He had such an ashamed look on his face when he had to claim me in front of all of his neighbors. Hahahaha. So he took me home and I drank a beer.

            JD (actually, I'm not sure whether I'm meant to call you 'JD' or not as there was some confusion over who was the real JD recently I noticed).

            That reminds me of a friend (not a friend as in 'SWIM' (those of you who have frequented druggy forums will know what that means)) who used to be a piss head. He got rat-arsed one night while staying at his mother's. He remembers waking up, and unable to work out how to get to the bathroom, decided to pee out of the window. Unfortunately he lost his balance and fell out. He woke up the next morning on the driveway, completely naked and in full daylight, with his mother standing over him shaking her head. Not a word was said but she locked the door so he had to knock to be allowed in.

                Some fine entries already! Iful, I think it need not be related to baclofen, anything will do...

                And it depends on whether your public transportation was the bus or the plane, I think... And who caught you.

                    When I put forth the gambit, I was racking my brains, but my problem has always been complete and total blackout. It is only from piecing together the debris the following day that I am able to form possible scenarios. There has been interesting debris at times though.

                    I will wrack what is left of my brains and see if I can come up with something.

                      I'm on board -I just don't want to bore you with my bs. Yea, this weekend thing for me is still a bitch. There is lots I'm could be doing or should be doing...too many choices, so I do nothing -except remember back to how I filled the weekend voids by drinking -and how that always ended up in a binge into the next week and back to he'll I would go. So now, I try to read MWO posts, try not to feel sorry for myself, try to motivate myself, and hope like hell someone responds back to one my posts. All in all, it's getting so much better, but I would enjoy shooting the S---"sometimes.

                        Well it was the women's team. I hardly think that counts.The mascot was the only in the bunch. I wasn't likely to leave him out, now was I?

                              Hiya, Spirit. Weekends are looooong.

                              My husband and my dog are at my parent's house helping my dad install cabinets. He left on Thursday and won't be back until tomorrow. Woot!

                              But about three hours after they left on Thursday, I was like, "HEY! WAIT! wth am I gonna do all weekend? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!" I almost drove up to join them. Then I ate a PB and J for dinner and read a book. Niiiiiice.
