I'm on Day 4 at the mo, using the will power I never thought I had. Yesterday was really tough as the day went on. The kids came home in moods & spent the afternoon/evening fighting. That took a lot of strength. I was ready to crack. But, here I am, still AF & praying I can keep this thing going. I've got a headache & feel tired as I'm not sleeping well, but I know it will get better if I stick with it.
