on the order form when i am ordering bac they ask the question "What is the disorder or complaint for which you request this medication?"

Should i put alcohol treatment or something else?

It could be wise to fill in "muscle spasms".

I'm not sure if they supply it when you fill in "alcohol".
Maybe someone else on the forum knows.
