New to bac...does anyone else snore?

I did it slower than others, at 10mg every 8 days, with good results (so far). Everyone's different... listen to your body and mind. Also keep in mind that after each jump in dose, SE's can take 3 days or so to make themselves known.

I think that's what tripped me up...the three day lag between dose increase and side effects. Really hit me hard over the weekend. Feel more myself today so will try going up by 12.5 (I have 25 mg tabs). Work shifts are only 8 hours for the next two days so that should be more manageable. Hoping for the best!

Nightmares are a bit better...now it's odd aches and pains..waking me up at all hours... Now at 90 mg and planning to go up to 100 tomorrow. Anyone else have the aches and pains?

New to bac...does anyone else snore?

          Hi Sixcat11,
I am just going from 160mg/day to 120mg/day due to intense SEs which basically stopped me from functioning for the past week. I was definitely experiencing various pains that I woke up with, lots of muscle cramping (calcium & magnesium supps helped), and sometimes just rampant pain in my limbs, mostly lower legs. The insomnia and vertigo basically took over all other SEs, but there remains a sinus h/a feeling, neuropathy of my hands, and a definite fog hat. This is the first day I have been able to stand using my computer or phone in two days due to visual effects associated with vertigo. So what I am leading up to is... check out the half life of bac posts on this site. Being a nurse, it should be fairly easy for you to see that once you get too much bac into your system, especially CNS fluid, it will take time to get the levels down enough to function well again... bodes going slowly and listening to your body instead of having to reverse gears and hope for relief. I have great respect for your calling off work when you doubted your capacity to function at top level.
          Be Well,

New to bac...does anyone else snore?

I just woke myself up from a Bac nap by snoring!

Good thing cause it is 5pm! I went up 10mg today and I fell asleep reading People magazine...easy to do off Bac! I was snoring and woke up because of the noise I made.

I snore anyway so I don't have anyone complaining all of a sudden.
