A long shot: anyone know a Dr. in SC that's familiar with baclofen?

I'm in the same boat that I'm sure a lot of you are in after Dr L. lost his prescribing privileges.

So although it's a long shot, here goes: does anyone happen to know of a doc in South Carolina that has experience prescribing baclofen for alcoholism?
