Hi have been on Antabuse for a week and my urine is dark in the morning like I have been drinking heavily?

Is this something to worry about or just need to drink more water?

Hi, I've been on antabuse for weeks and never noticed anything like that. Never read about it being a side effect either. Stay really hydrated and see if it stops.

Same here- never seen that particular SE on Antabuse... get superhydrated and see if that helps...

Antabuse can be really hard on the liver. If your doctor didn't check your liver function (and even if s/he did) before you started, you definitely want to follow up with that. I had to have regular liver checks when I was supposed to take it.

And if you don't have a doc, you probably want to see one. Really. Please do.

If you're dehydrated, you should drink more water.

all settled down now, maybe I was just dehydrated from the booze and took a few days to sort itself thanks
