Have been doing bac but now due to unforeseen circumstances need to back way off on that. So if I were to start naltrexone what is the starting dose? Getting ready to order from Goldpharma so I need this info now...no waiting for the book to come...unfortunately.

Want to try naltrexone...where do I start?
Usual protocol is to start on 25mg for the first day or two then bump up to 50mg... every hour before your have a drink. If drinking more than 5ish hours... pop an other pill.
