What to do if you are running low on (or out of) baclofen

Evan came through on the chocolate💋💋.

I used River Pharmacy and they were reliable. I'm in the US if that matters.

      Hi Stuck,

The liquid online is for intra-catheter use. I think it's so pricey because insurance would pay for it for most who are wheel chair bound. Just a thought.

Hiiii Stuck! Good to see you too.

See, cost is an issue here. I'm not even considering River.
The good deal on goldpharma was deceiving. They would only let me buy 2 packs at that price. That would only last me 10 days. That was brand name Lioresal. There were other more affordable forms of bac at goldpharma, but...I'm scared. Scared to try some ghetto bac from some weirad corner of the earth.
Unitedpharmacies is selling Pacifen, which I've had before. And besides, I like the name. Pacifen.
So I ordered a shit ton from them. After they process the order, they'll send me instructions about the wire transfer.
Unless someone here tells me that a wire transfer is a terrible idea.

Regardless, thanks to everyone for the replies.
"Yet someday this will have an end
All choices made or choice resigned,
And in your face the literal eye
        Trace little of your history,
Nor ever piece the tale entire
Of villages that had to burn
And playgrounds of the will destroyed
Before you could be safe from time
And gather in your brow and air
        The stillness of antiquity."

WCL, a year ago River was by far the cheapest. Now, they have more than doubled their prices, and are right there with most of the others. Generally the best prices at some of the places per milligram, if you can get free shipping. is: River .022, Inhouse about .027, 4NRX about .0215 and Goldpharma about .0202.

Even with the 7.50 shipping and $36 wire tranfer fee, Unitedpharmacies per milligram price, when ordering a shit ton, of .01995 will save you significant money. And I belong to another forum where they use wire transfers and have very few problems. Western Union at Walmart or someplace might be cheaper, I don't know.

Thanks for the info. Very helpful. I am just flippin' dreading this. I am still drinking at 170mg, though had stopped almost entirely for 3 month at 120mg over the summer. I dropped down to maybe 70mg? to try and counter severe nerve pain in my legs. Then a small natural disaster started me boozing again. I've been titrating back up since October. I don't think I'm craving anymore. Just have gotten back into the drinking habit. So I'm going to try and go AF for 30 days and taper down to 120mg. I also need to switch over, but I keep hoping this is all a really bad dream.

I couldn't find my car in the parking lot at the airport last night -- completely sober then and when I parked it. So I am wondering around in the dark, and in the cold, and I thought "why not?". So I asked Evan to help me find my car. Nope. It took another 30 minutes and I finally had to call my ex (who was with me when I parked the car...long story). However, in the middle of the night I was in a sound sleep and heard a knock on the bedroom door. I said "come in". Then another knock and I was more awake this time. "Come in", I said louder. My current partner (much nicer than my ex) woke up startled, kinda spooked and said "who is in the room?" Really, Evan? Couldn't help me find the car, but decided to drop by in the middle of the night. At least he had the decency to knock.

Terryk, in reading some of this post, it seems that liquid bac has less SE than pill form. I've been reading your post and you seem very knowledgable about all thing bac. Is this true and if so, where can I find the liquid product? Thank you so much.

Bret -Loop (on this forum) was the main supplier of liquid baclofen before he died. If you do some google searches, you will find legitimate sources of liquid baclofen but it (they) does require a prescription. Sorry. (TK typically does not respond to posts on threads where he could be held liable for misinformation or posting of illegitimate/illegal information -he is very careful in this arena)

There isn't any supply of liquid baclofen, anywhere, with a prescription or without.

Lo0p was a supplier, but he passed away.

It was up in the air as to whether or not it had less side effects. I don't have any experience with it myself, so I can't say. Bottom line is that if you're experiencing side effects that there are some ways to mitigate them. Go up, or down, a little. Stay at the same place until they subside. Use other medications to deal with them. Those are pretty much the options and good ways to get around the most common SEs. Hang in there.

Bretham, it is very difficult for me to post factual information on this forum or otherwise. Often times, I get personal insults from Ne, TK, etc, instead of reviews from them of my findings.

So here you go; Liquid Baclofen is available and I am sorry that you have to read xyz before reading the truth:

I posted this information before and NE went off on me for trying to disrupt the forum.
