Early days for me but I'm not sure that I have made the solid decision as to what I actually want so I'm still wishy washy on weekends and this past weekend, even with the Topa, went overboard on the weekend.

I took it for 12 weeks starting, 25 mg 1st week 50 2nd and 100 3rd, then did'nt go
any higher until I finished the course. It took away my cravings very quickly, combined
with kudzo and other supps. I am now af.Still taking kuzdo and eve. primrose.
Feeling good at the moment.

Did you suffer the side effects -- most importantly word loss and confusion -- from 100 mg? I am seriously considering it but work with computers at clients.

If I suffer those side effects, I could end up in serious trouble.

Also, it sounds like you quit taking it for now and still

MY GOAL IS MODS, MOST NIGHTS I EITHER DO NOT DRINK OR HAVE JUST TWO GLASSES OF WINE. I HAVE GONE OVER THREE TIMES SINCE TOPA, TWICE WHEN I DIDN'T TAKE THE EVENING DOSE, AND ONCE LAST NIGHT, THAT IS WHEN I KNEW IT WAS TIME TO UP THE DOSE AGAIN. I WANTED TO WAIT TO UP MY DOSE AGAIN UNTIL I GOT MY ADRIFINIL, WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! I DID GET A LIVER ENZYME TEST FIRST. BUT IT IS AMAZING - NOT TOPA-DOPA - SO I WILL UP MY DOSE TODAY. I THINK I WILL STOP AT 150MG TOPA AND THEN ONLY TAKE THE ADRAFINIL FOR THREE WEEKS....

I took it for 90 days, went up to 100mg, one dose in the evening. AF the whole time, still AF after going off of it. But it did help quite a bit!

Just thought I'd add...am suffering quite a bit of brain fog...just ordered some Adranofil (sp??) to see if that helps....sure need it.....there are times my mind has gone totally blank when I've needed an answer...not good in the type of work I do. Hopefully Adronifil will help...if not perhaps I'll try Peracitin which is supposed to be as good or even better.

Yes I'm takin it. I take 200 mg about noon. I have been on now for a total year. I am totally AF. I know topa has been the key for me.

I totally tirated up as directed then fell in to my own schedule of 200mg at noon.

I have been 100% AF since I started but I also tried to be AF and set my mind to it.

I did have the usual side effects like brain fog at first but nothing worse than a hangover and the side effects have totally gone away.

I have also experimented with 300mg and did not have added side effects. Really didn't notice any difference at all so I went back to 200mg.

So there ya have it. Bye

By the way, you can read some experiences on side-effects and experiences on the the Topa Survey thread I started.

For all those who are scared shit on the side effects, don't worry, it's not as bad as it seems, and most side effects quickly disappear. I was scared, too. In my job, I have to write reports in 3 - 4 languages and work in 4 or more languages, so imagine Topa-Dopa on my system, grin ... It scared the hell out of me at the beginning, and it's true, I did have memory lapses at the beginning. But frankly, it only was a matter of 3 weeks, and those lapses were only temporary and also a matter of a bit of paranoia from reading the medication notice, grin ... (that's what I tend to think in hindsight)
