    TSM and non-alcoholic beverages

Since non-alcoholic drinks do contain alcohol, albeit very little, would doing TSM work with non-alcoholic drinks?

What is your goal? Are you addicted to non-alcoholic drinks?

There are absolute traces of alcohol in all sorts of things, soy sauce for instance.

The key to TSM is drinking alcohol as normal, whatever you usually drink or feel like drinking. If you are looking to reduce alcohol cravings via using TSM with non-alcoholic/trace of alcohol drinks then I would hazard a guess that it won't work - you need to drink whatever you usually want to drink, TSM targets alcohol and alcohol needs to be doing it's stuff to work.

I'd be tempted to say you are more likely to be blocking endorphins released from any sugars in the drink!

TSM is often over complicated, it's simple. Nal 1 hour prior + alcohol every time you drink. That's it.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
