Oh, and I have to say I don't have the anxiety that you have. Just the opposite! I find the bac relaxing, and it really helps with my bad back.

I am hoping too that I will get to that stage with BAC. Relaxing and helping with my back!

I have only been doing BAC for 1 week. I'm a bit dozy, but I suppose it's better than being drunk!
