Reliable source of naltrexone

Hi there everybody
I am an alcoholic (I kinda guess you know that already lol).
Done AA, hypnotherapy, homeopathy, books, apps - you name it.
Just bought a book on Kindle called "The Cure for Alcoholism" - now I know there are thousands of books but this had 5 stars, its basically the Sinclair Method.
Thing is I visited my GP in desperation 2 weeks ago crying, at my lowest, begging for any medication that might be out there to help me, and she was very patronising and demanded I go back to the AA.
So Im sure if I go to her asking for Naltrexone she's gonna say no, especially as she'll probably wont be happy at my self diagnosis anyway.
I rang a doctor based in Dublin who is prescribing it but Dublin is a 5 hour trek and he said he cant prescribe unless he sees me.
The only alternative I think will be to buy online so my question is, does anyone have any reliable online sources they have used online? IT doesnt have to be delivered to Ireland, I often fly to Uk and can get a UK delivery.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about Ireland, but you can certainly get Naltrexone (& Nalmefene) in the UK without seeing a GP

you'll need to fill out a basic health questionnaire online for this one

Nalmefene:

you'll need to fill in a slightly more detailed questionnaire for this, including a drink diary. bear in mind that Nalmefene won't be prescribed for a woman drinking more than 6 UK units per day, or 8 units per day for a man
