Do not use 4RX, they have sold my details on and I receive phone calls and emails from companies who have been given my details 6 years after ordering baclofen from them.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

I'd be careful about this, from what I understand receiving meds is not illegal BUT selling them on is and having a large amount could make a person look as if they are planning to sell on.

From what I can tell so far-

      goldpharma is out
      4RX is spammy
River still has it (but for how long?)

I want to second what TerryK said when the liquid ran out- get a 6 month stockpile while you can and don't touch it because it will be doomsday if you come up short.

Not your problem. You are receiving it not sending it. You haven't instructed the sender to lie about the contents of the package. If C&E have sent you a worrying message, you can happily ignore it. You have no liability there.

Years ago there were a number of companies copying 4NRX's format, all of whom were scammers. Make sure you aren't sucked into a phishing scam by going directly to 4NRX-UK.med and not any similar looking sites.

Appearing suspicious isn't a crime. All that does, at the worst, is draw the attention of the authorities. So long as you don't go on to sell-on the meds, you aren't committing a criminal offense and you have nothing to worry about.

Walking down the street with a shifty look about you may make you look suspicious but generally you don't get arrested for it.

Where are you ordering from neophyte? I'm in the UK and all script meds are still pulled. I'm gonna try from a proxy and see what happens.

I'm still wondering why I was told that they don't sell scripted meds any longer. I've been a customer for nearly 4 years. An explanation would have been nice.

Just noticed your in Sydney neophyte. Yeah looks like you can still order. Just checked and low and behold its all still there. Still trying to find a US proxy that works. If someone in the US wants to check and see. It looks like its Europe that's took the hit.

Thats it then, geo location, id be wary about using a proxy to make the order, they may still stop it. Order something small perhaps to test it out. In Australia its legal to order in 6 months worth of medication, so that must be the reason.

I have always used River for Baclofen but the pharmacy express vu might be able to people living outside the states .Their Baclofen is called Pacifen and Liofen.I have used them 3or 4 times and they are very fast and honest. Hope this helps.

No I wouldn't recommend using a proxy to order. I'd would probably just be canceled anyway. Shame really, they were a good bunch to deal with before this.

Bacagain - actually , in law, you (the receiver of the parcel) are the "importer" & responsible for the information on the customs declaration. So you can be fined or even prosecuted for receiving a parcel which is wrongly labelled. I have no idea how they rationalise this, but I checked it out after I received the threatening letter from C&E, & this is the case. Probably different in the US.

If you live i the UK, therefore, & are ordering bac regularly, you are at risk if you use pharmacies which deliberately mislabel goods. Some of them actually say on their website that they will make sure no-one can tell what you are receiving. This is to reassure those who are ordering Viagra type drugs I guess.

Anyway, I think it is worth knowing. I prefer to pay full customs charges than risk prosecution as my job would be at risk.

I personally have been ordering meds o line for nearly 10 years and have yet to see anything happen. I've had multiple packages opened and apart from the delay, I've hear nothing and just received the package as said, with a delay. If a company is going to mark the item down they usually don't send a receipt with the order telling the true value as that would be a bit stupid.

I really can't see how they could prosecute you if they stopped it on route. You had no idea the company had marked it down. As far as you are concerned, you paid full price and full P&P. All you will get is a letter telling you that your parcel is on hold and to go pick it up with the appropriate fees. I've had many of them. I've personally never heard of anyone getting prosecuted.

When I was younger I even had class As drugs that I ordered stopped. All I ever received was the usual what we called "love letter" telling you that if you'd like to pick it up then please get in touch. I've never took them up on it.

Each to there own I suppose but I can understand you concerns.

Sorry, I obviously wasn't clear - it's not about the value of the item, but about what the package actually contains - or what the label says it contains. Indian pharmacies tend to describe the contents as "herbal remedies" or something like that, to pacify middle aged men who don't want their postie knowing they have sent for Viaga! Also to avoid customs charges, which is illegal.

About 8 years ago I also had a package opened & a letter like yours which invited me to claim the contents back from C&E if I wanted, no threats. The letter mentioning possible prosecution came within the past year, so I think they are tightening up.
