anyone else have problems with Aclepsa.com?

Hey y'all. I ordered topamax from Aclepsa on 4/20, and paid an extra $15 for express shipping. 10 business days after they said it shipped (express should be 5-7 business days) I contacted them, and asked where it was. They said it must have gotten lost, and offered to reship and give an additional 50%bonus on my next reorder. So I accepted that offer, and on 5/23 they reshipped, again to arrive in 5-7 business days. I contacted them Monday(6/4) and asked where it was, and today they said it was lost -AGAIN!!! So here I am, more than 7 weeks after the original order, and $83 poorer-with no topa:upset: Today they have offered to reship again, or to refund my money. I know others have ordered here with no problems, so I don't understand this. I am tempted to try again, but also place an order with a more expensive place if they are more reliable in the shipping/delivery area. So at least one order might possibly arrive in a few more weeks Anyone else have similar problems? Have some suggestions?Have an alternate place to order from? I am really frustrated. I finally gathered the courage to begin topa, then have been delayed for many weeks, moving into several months now. I want it now, now, now, Okay, tantrum over, moving on-shoulders back, southern lilt in my voice-tomorrow IS another day.
ps I can't use my doc and insurance for this-many reasons...

Wow...don't know what to say....seems pretty odd....I had no problems with my shipment...I ordered and it took three weeks from order date to receipt...I just placed my second order a litttle over a week ago and am awaiting receipt now....I haven't heard of anyone else who has had the problems you've had...perhaps it is a disgruntled postal employee???

Interestingly, I did a google search on "Aclepsa" (or whatever the correct sp is) and noticed that one of the things that came up was a complaint, so I clicked on it and landed myself on a forum of people who have ordered Prozac from them. Mostly it was about Prozac, but then a discussion came up about how many of them had problems with Aclepsa getting their orders lost, etc. Most were very dissatisfied with their service, but were lured by the low prices. I did this, because I was about to place an order with my "old faithful" site (which ALWAYS delivers on time), but found the prices a little cheaper, although not much, on Aclepsa. But I'm not willing to take that chance. A lot of people never got their orders at all, and the others finally did -- sometimes months later with a discount.

Order from www.inhousepharmacy.com/uk and you will not have to worry about waiting for more than 9 to 10 business days, and the price is not that much more. Most of the time my orders arrive within one week, and I'm in the States. I've never once had an order get lost, and they are very discreet as well.

When I originally looked into the company-I found that other people had problems with them (people across the U.S. not related to MWO that ordered other meds). This particular site I found was almost like an on-line complaint site where the company would be notified & have a chance to defend. All their replies were that it must have been stopped at the border due to customs. They basically did offer the same thing as you got.

I'm sorry you had problems. I've ordered from them a few times and each time my order has arrived quickly and without problem.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are half the price of a lot of places and the difference it has made to my life is incrediable

I ordered 25 mg tabs from aclepsa and received 100 mg tabs instead. Some of them had no expiration date on them. I will not order from them again and will pay higher prices somewhere else if I have to. I did receive my shipment on time though

I think I am going to try the inhouse pharmacy. they have 25mg tabs, I couldn't seem to find 25's on Freedom. I'll let you know how it goes. I am also requesting a reship from Aclepsa. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm? But if they blow that I'll ask for a refund. But I need to get this order. I have wasted to much time waiting for this. Wish me luck!

Received my second order from Aclepsa in about two weeks time...the second order took less time than the first...so I've ordered twice with no real problems. I Will say that I got a different brand the second time...I got the extra pills...the packaging does leave a little to be desired...the extra pills were just kind of thrown into the envelope and a couple of the blister backs in the extra pill packs were pierced (all the pills are dispensed in blister packs)...all of the pills were there, though. Also...the second shipment's pills were not scored like the first shipment so splitting will be a little more difficult.
BUT...I DID get just what I ordered...I ordered 50mg pills and that is exactly what I got and the shipment was timely.

I'm just curious about what shape & color were everyone's pills? Mine were pink (25mg). I bought them to have as extra in case I couldn't get to my Dr.

I find it odd as people are getting different packaging. You would think that they would be produced & shipped the same coming from one company.

I find it odd that they are scored as they are pills that have warnings to not be split (per the Topamax brand name insertions).

I just tapered off the Topa a month ago & was just wondering because I still have the extras & was wondering. I know gneric is different looking than the brand name but was wondering if everyone else is receiving the same "color" & "shape".
